 It does not seem to matter how awful or how good the economy is, individuals are still taking holidays all over the planet. One of the major adjustments we are seeing in the travel industry is that people are staying closer to home rather than traveling out of nation like they used to.
Needless to say by closer to home I don't mean down the road. You could still spend a nice time in some other city or state such as Charleston and nonetheless save a lot of cash, that is very important if you're on a budget, but you want to get away for a while.

It's going to be clean, it is going to have a lot of options you would want, and it's going to be customer comfortable. Wingate is located in Charleston West Virginia downtown so it is a little difficult to believe it would be budget and affordable, but it in fact is!
The downtown option is a great thing to consider largely due to all the entertainment, attractions, restaurants and historical sites surrounding the area. Heck, you could be visiting many places and sites you never knew existed, but much more, you could get involved in some of your already "favorite" activities like festivals.
Charleston actually holds many of the most popular festivals known around the nation including the Vandalia Festival in May, Multi-fest in August and Stern wheel Regatta in September. These festivals showcase Charleston's ethnic diversity, varied cultures and old customs.
You could quite literally walk to all your main destinations or take a short cab ride, which even helps keep your budget at a minimum also! Hey, if you can save money, but still stay at a quality hotel, why would not you check it out and see what they have to provide?!?
